Gwyn Newsom Law can help you if you or a loved one has been sexually abused, exploited, or harassed. We help you to hold the wrongdoer accountable for what has been taken from you: a sense of safety, the ability to trust others, opportunity for advancement, a position or job, financial security, your self-esteem, and dignity. Gwyn Newsom Law is committed to helping you obtain the highest possible compensation to make up for the harm the wrongdoer has caused you to suffer.
Since 1991, Gwyn Newsom Law has passionately championed the rights of women who have been sexually harassed, exploited, or abused in their jobs and also in other relationships, including with physicians, psychologists, counselors, or clergy. Gwyn Newsom Law also aggressively fights for clients and their families to make sure that the wrongdoers and their insurance companies pay for the devastating effects of serious personal injury and wrongful death resulting from car wrecks, slip and falls, and other causes of injury.
We are selective in the cases we agree to take because we want to provide each client with superior, aggressive, and thorough legal representation. We handle each case with respect and confidentiality. Every client is important to us. We get to know each client and his or her family. We care deeply about our clients and their families. We fight hard for every client. We don’t give up on any client until we achieve the best possible results. We know that our clients suffer extreme losses, including serious physical injuries, loss of a loved one, loss of a job, and other overwhelming losses including physical, mental, and emotional suffering, all caused by the unjust misconduct of wrongdoers. We fight to reclaim these losses, to obtain a recovery sufficient enough to compensate for our clients’ losses and injuries, and to restore their sense of self-respect and dignity.
Since 1991, attorney Gwyn Newsom has successfully won numerous substantial verdicts for clients, including a $2.1 million verdict in a pregnancy discrimination case, a $514,000 verdict in a sexual abuse case, and a $1.4 million verdict in a serious personal injury case, as well as obtaining numerous confidential settlements totaling millions of dollars.
